Judge Priest (DVD) $8.00
Review by Frank Gilbert Date Added: Wednesday 15 June, 2011
This is one of the best movies I have ever seen. I would recommend it to every Southern home. I think it should be shown to every Southern child of school age. It would give them a tremendous wonderful glimpse of our Southern heritage. Will Rogers is superb. And why shouldn't he be. Actually his portrayal in this movie could have been about his dad, Clement Vann Rogers. He was a Confederate veteran and judge in Indian Territory, present day Oklahoma. The scene in the courtroom where the minister describes the battle is amazing. If that don't have you jumping up and singing Dixie, then your wood must be wet. This is a MUST see movie for the Southern Confederate. Highly recommended!
